What the form sends
Sending the form passes on your name, at least one contact of your choice and what you wrote: the place concerned, what should change, the page that shows it and how you know the place. The address and language of the page you sent it from travel with it. One field is hidden from people and exists only to catch automated spam.
How messages are kept and used
Messages are stored by a form service and read together at the next revision of the list. They are used to check and apply what you reported and for nothing else; a reply goes out only if you ask for one. Names and contacts are never published, sold or handed to the clubs or organisers concerned, and a published correction describes the change, not the sender.
How visits are counted
Visits are counted by a small script served from this site’s own domain. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone to other sites. For each page view it notes the page, the page you came from, and the browser, kind of device and country taken from the request; these are looked at only as totals.
No outside code
The site loads no advertising, no social media widgets and no outside tracking, and no external fonts, map tiles or images. A link to a source or to a map takes you to another website with rules of its own. The company hosting these pages handles technical data, including IP addresses, as far as serving the pages needs it.
Having a message deleted
To have an earlier message deleted, write again through the form with the same name and contact and say which message should go. It is removed from the form service when the messages are next read, and you get a confirmation only if you ask for one and leave a contact.
